- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance teaching and learning
- Foster a supportive and respectful classroom community

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assignments

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with high school students in an educational setting
- Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Expertise in physical education, trigonometry, literacy education, algebra, or creative writing is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- The ability to mentor and inspire students to reach their full potential
