The Reservation Coordinator is also responsible for group blocks and reservations.
Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
JOB DUTIES Answer incoming guest calls to book reservations or assist with existing reservations.
Follow procedures to make, cancel or change reservations.
Working with Rally groups and making group reservations Building group blocks Monitoring resort inventory, maximizing site placement for arrivals.
Monitoring daily arrivals and special requests.
Maintain excellent understanding of amenities and activities at the resort.
Maximize vacation rental revenue via online booking sites.
Maintain guest database and profiles, maintain accurate filing system and group tracing.
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Assist guests with pre-arrival concierge services and stay upgrades, assist with resort communications, reservation packages, and marketing.
