*Personal Trainer Job Description*

_Part-Time and Full-Time Available | Reports to Lead Trainer_
*Summary: *As a Personal Trainer at Freedom Performance, you will play a key role in helping our clients turn their dreams into reality by mastering injury prevention.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct pre-designed training sessions that align with our clients' dreams, ensuring a safe, effective, and motivating environment for group and personal training sessions.
*Skill Sets and Qualifications:*
· Proven experience as a fitness trainer or in a similar role.
· Relevant certifications in fitness training and first aid.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
· A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their dreams.
· Ability to create a motivating and positive training environment.
· Knowledge in CRM systems and client feedback loops A PLUS.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*
· Create and deliver a professional, energetic, positive, and motivating training environment for all participants.
· Ensure all Freedom Performance Program Deliverables\* are being met.
· Create an energetic, positive, and motivating training environment for all participants.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
· Ensure the CRM for our current members stays up to date.
· Responsible for the feedback loop from clients to the Lead Trainer.
· Conduct initial assessments and consultations to establish client training goals.
· Oversee accountability efforts for current clients.
*Brand Champion:*
· Champion The Facility's brand by upholding and promoting our core values and mission.
· Prioritize The Facility's brand visibility and reputation over personal or external branding endeavors.
· Act as a key ambassador for The Facility, ensuring that all activities, both internal and external, align with and enhance our brand identity.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies that effectively communicate and reinforce The Facility's brand to clients, staff, and the wider community.
*Building & Growing A Member Base:*
· Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to fill group & personal training sessions.
· Participate in promotional events to attract new clients, when needed.
*Equipment and Facility Upkeep:*
· Ensure all gym equipment is in excellent working condition.
· Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym facilities.
· Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
*Continuing Education:*
· Participate in company-led, in-person and virtual training.
· Stay updated with the latest training innovations and certifications.

· *Accountability:* Coach will monitor and hold client accountable to the original goals & agreements
· *Coach Access:* Ability for client to access coach outside of training hours through the online system.
