In addition to base salary, Instructional Coaches qualify for Proposition 301 funds.
Expected annual amount $12,000+
Requirements/Skills
AZ Teaching certificate
At least five years successful teaching experience
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Outstanding record of instruction and student achievement
Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated strength in organization, communication skills and efficiency in meeting deadlines
Experience in researched-based instructional practices
Knowledge and experience with using and applying current technology
Benefits - All full-time PUSD employees receive the following benefits in addition to their salary
Medical Insurance valued at over $10,250 per year.
PUSD has numerous health insurance plans available.
The District covers 100% of the employees insurance premiums with most plans.
Some plans include cost sharing with PUSD.
There is also an option to purchase insurance for dependents, at PUSD group rates.
Life Insurance ($50,0000) with option to purchase additional for self and family
Pension Plan with the Arizona State Retirement System: District matches employee contributions (appx 12%)
