Arizona Hot Tub Company Sales Wellness Consultant The primary role of the Sales Staff at Arizona Hot Tub Company is to sell products that we offer.
This entails understanding the needs and wants of the customer and matching those needs and wants with the products and services we offer.
A good sales employee keeps as equally important the customer’s requirements and the needs of the business.
*Job Description & Duties * * Responsible for appearance/maintenance of the showroom.
They are to follow the opening and closing procedures of the store.
* Cash drawers count ready/closed.
This includes counting when opening and closing the drawer to ensure accuracy.
* Chemistry balanced in filled tubs & correct water levels.
* The sales staff is expected to perform to a minimum threshold set by the sales manager in relation to their assigned goals.
* Responsible for taking care of every customer that walks in or calls with superior customer service.
* The sales staff assists with counter sales/service and administrative support with daily transactions and data entry as needed.
* The sales staff is to attend the pre-scheduled weekly/monthly/quarterly sales meetings and annual company meeting.
* Sales Staff is to attend training seminars via telephone, webinar and /or in person at local and/or out of state conferences for education and product knowledge as instructed by the sales manager or management team.
* Sales staff is expected to make use of down time for self-study, data mining, or customer follow-up.
Self-Study includes either testing out products on the floor or researching competitor or internal product information.
* Customer follow up for exceptional customer post-purchase experience *Additional Duties * * Home shows and Special Events are mandatory for all Sales Staff.
* Self-Study of the following - Competitors (Competitive products or companies) Our products (to better assist our customers) Latest techniques (to improve your effectiveness on the floor, over the phone, off-site, and online) * Ongoing education of different Hot Tub Manufacturers * Have a can-do attitude.
Going above and beyond with customers and staff.
