14K Gold (583° stamped) Ring (total weight: 4,52 grams, size: 9) with the center of Cabochon-cut 1ct natural, good quality Emerald (color: medium), surrounded by 10 round cut (0,60ct) Siberian mine diamonds (all clean, high quality, VVS1).
Ring was made in 1978, vintage high mounting (modern jewelers don't make them anymore).
